We are pleased to introduce Jon Gilford MRICS, who has joined SE3 Projects as Director.
Jon is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and brings more than 20 years’ industry experience gained across the UK and Canada, together with extensive commercial and project leadership expertise.
Jon has supported public and private sector clients across a diverse range of projects, from local developments to complex, high-profile capital programmes. His experience includes the All England Lawn Tennis Club, Canada’s Centre Block Parliament building and the Nokia Innovation Campus.
Working on projects of this scale and profile has given Jon a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successfully, from managing budgets and programmes to balancing the needs of different stakeholders. It has also shaped his belief that good outcomes start with clear advice and strong relationships.
At SE3, Jon will work closely with clients from the earliest stages of a project, helping them understand their options, shape the right delivery strategy and maintain commercial control as their schemes progress. Whether advising on cost planning, procurement or contract management, his focus will always be on giving clients the clarity and confidence they need to make good decisions.
His calm approach, sound commercial judgement and ability to make complex information clear and accessible make him an excellent addition to our technical team.
Jon’s appointment is an important step in SE3’s growth. It strengthens our leadership team and expands the depth of expertise we can offer, helping us support both new and existing clients on a wider range of projects.
